Sent $6,000 to a fake tech support number after a browser popup

My mom called me panicking because her computer had a popup saying it was infected and to call Microsoft immediately. I called the number for her and the guy sounded legit. He asked for remote access, found "viruses" everywhere, and said the fix was $6,000 for a "lifetime protection plan." I paid with my debit card while he was on the phone. Bank couldn't reverse it.
